Ultra easy dinner of sauteed whitefish served over a quick salad of garden tomatoes, avocado, and basil in a simple dressing.

 

Whitefish with Tomato Avocado Salad
Ingredients
  • Whitefish fillets
  • Cherry tomatoes quartered or halved
  • Avocado cubed
  • Basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare salad: Toss tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil leaves with a drizzle of olive oil and white wine vinegar. Toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Saute fillets. Place over salad on plates. Serve.
