Ultra easy dinner of sauteed whitefish served over a quick salad of garden tomatoes, avocado, and basil in a simple dressing.
Whitefish with Tomato Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- Whitefish fillets
- Cherry tomatoes quartered or halved
- Avocado cubed
- Basil leaves
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Prepare salad: Toss tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil leaves with a drizzle of olive oil and white wine vinegar. Toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
