Another great dipping sauce for fish and seafood.
Tomato Rémoulade
Ingredients
- 2 cups real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickles
- 1 to 2 tablespoons tomato paste as desired
- 1 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon anchovies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together, beginning with a tablespoon of tomato paste and adding more as desired
