Tomato Rémoulade
Ingredients
  • 2 cups real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickles
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons tomato paste as desired
  • 1 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, beginning with a tablespoon of tomato paste and adding more as desired
