This version of remoulade is smooth: simply put the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. It is excellent with shrimp and fresh crab.
Remoulade a la St. Tammany
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
