Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat picked to remove all shells
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Oil for panfrying
Instructions

Place crab in a mixing bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix lightly until combined. If the mixture is too dry add in a little more mayonnaise, and if it is too wet, add in a bit more fresh bread crumbs. Form the crab mixture into serving sized patties.

Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a nonstick skillet. Fry each crab cake until browned on both sides, then transfer to a serving platter.
