This is a great sauce served with grilled poultry, shrimp, and fish.
Anchovy and Parsley Sauce

- 1 thick slice soft fresh baguette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fresh parsley tops packed
- 1 tablespoon capers chopped
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 - 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions

Tear the baguette into small pieces and place in a bowl. Pour the olive oil over the top, and let soak for 15 minutes.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl, and pulse until combined and uniform.
