This is a great sauce served with grilled poultry, shrimp, and fish.

Anchovy and Parsley Sauce

  • 1 thick slice soft fresh baguette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh parsley tops packed
  • 1 tablespoon capers chopped
  • 2 - 3 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 - 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Tear the baguette into small pieces and place in a bowl. Pour the olive oil over the top, and let soak for 15 minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl, and pulse until combined and uniform.
  3. Serve.
